As an immigrant and a woman of colour, I Do Proud by bringing my best and most authentic version of myself to work every day and by uplifting and supporting my colleagues to do the same.

We can all play a part in creating spaces that are inclusive, and where we can encourage each other to listen and learn more about how to be visible and supportive allies.

To me, Pride is celebrating our uniqueness as individuals and collectively together as friends, family and community.
